You could also add subways for faster travel if you want. Also, there are two islands that have no roads but do have invisible paths to help with routing around the area. Keep in mind that this world has a lot of water so boat routing may be a bit perplexing as sims seem to just go where they want and at times take illogical routes. I recommend using nraas mods, especially Overwatch, to keep your game running smoothly and to limit taxis and stray/wild animals. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful work! I created many of the lots for this world but I also placed lots by other The Sims 3 players that build and share their creations which I acknowledge in the lot descriptions. Let me know if you need help in finding the right rabbit holes for your lots. I personally use a variety of different rugs by different creators but this set was recommended by a friend. I tried to create lots with ample room to either bury the EA rabbit holes or to replace the lots if you are averse to using the custom content rabbit hole rugs. I left plenty of space to add rabbit hole rugs or doors to many of the community lots. There are no rabbit holes on this island. I used all expansion packs while working on this makeover. If you do not have these items the game will replace them with similar objects. No custom content, store content or Stuff Packs were used while working on this project except for the Humble Harvest Stands and Grandpa’s Grove Tractor.

There are no empty lots but there is space scattered about to place more lots if you are so inclined.

There is a resort and plenty of beaches and activities around the island as well. This large, tropical island chain has 152 lots which includes 3 dive lots and 6 ports with space for your favorite houseboats.
